At Prospect House Nurseries our priority is to keep all our children in a happy, safe and secure environment
All of our settings use a Biometric Entry System
When you start with us, the primary carers will have their finger biometrically scanned on to the secure nursery database. This can only be accessed by the Nursery Manager or delegated deputy. This will allow you to immediately start to use our finger print entry system, when dropping off and collecting your child from nursery. Parents and carers are always welcome If your child has somebody else who regularly collects them such as a family relative or friend they too can be granted fingerprint entry when authorised by the primary carer.
The System will only allow authorised entry to the building between nursery opening hours of 7:30am to 6:00pm. Use of the system is monitored by CCTV so office staff are always aware who is in the building. The Biometric systems also means that you will be able to call into nursery at any time during opening hours if you so wish, emphasising our “open door” policy.
Inclusion for All
We operate an inclusion and equality policy and ensure that all children have access to nursery places and services irrespective of their gender, race, disability, religion or belief or sexual orientation of parents. In fact we have been awarded an accreditation by Scope.
